Hand-Held Controller :
One key one-function designs
for clearly commanded.
Pulse generator can manually move the robot to
designate location, save and easy for
programming. Multi-language switches and
conversational method guides the operator
through out user-friendly operation.
Each teachable program can write up to 100
steps, each step can write 10 motion sequences
together.
All speeds can be adjusted by the percentage
rate.

Reject program: When detecting the reject signal
from Injection Molding Machine, it can set the quantities
and place on a different area.
b) Inspection
program: By setting the quality counter for Q/C
purpose. For example to inspect the parts every
100 molding cycle once.

Test-Mold program: By setting the test-mold counter,
at the beginning of the automatic molding cycle
can be checked.
d) Weight
program: Check the quality parts by electronic weight
scale. It can separate the defects.
e)
Cycle counter: By setting the total molding
cycle. It only counting the good parts, inspection
and defects will not taken into total count.
